Device42 can continuously discover, map, and optimize infrastructure and applications across data centers and cloud, in order to provide an accurate views of the IT ecosystem. Device42 intelligently groups discovered workloads by application affinities, so as to reduce the effort required to create move groups, capturing all communications. Device42 is a loaded network management software and data centre.It's an agentless discovery tool that provides applications across many data centers in single source of truth for all IT needs.It's also very dependable in mapping.

It's a very easy-to-use,setup and has a very proactive support team. What I love most about it,it's quick to identify issues and plan for the future with ease and powerful dependency mappings of resources and applications.

A must- have Assets management tool offering great opportunities at cost effective way.
Device42 has a very intuitive and proactive Support team readily available 24*7. I like it's very easy to discover assets and infrastructure data with multiple methods of discovery. I like that also it's very easy to configure, learn how to use it, and very user-friendly interface that is very easy to customize and navigate.

Exquisite with automatic discovery of storage devices.
Impressive with communication to the cloud and easy to migrate. It's cost-saving and time-saving for automation of database performance. Terrific with search which is very advanced. Great dashboard.

Device42 is being used for customer's datacenter infrastructure discovery. We provide support to customers for their infrastructure inventory discovery. It gets the complete data of customers IT infrastructure which may not be known to them. It discovers physical and virtual servers along with their Network devices. By using this discovery data, customer can analyse this data and take different decisions to improve their infrastructure.

Device42 - Asset Management, check!
Asset Management? Asset Tracking? License, Contract, Procurement management? Device42 has us covered for it all. Device42 is being used across our whole organization and is doing a great job at the aforementioned solutions. Great support, affordable, easy to implement and easy to use. Also, its JIRA integration and workflows sure make life easier for us.

- IPAM has seen a few bumps in the past few months but not a big issue
- Implementation at first has a learning curve but still easy compared to other solutions out there
